These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any digital products (including but not limited to PDFs, guides, checklists, and videos) purchased from Highest Good Media.

By purchasing or downloading any product from our website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use our products.

1. Digital Products

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped. Our current offerings include downloadable PDFs and videos, and may expand to include other formats in the future.

2. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and use the product for your personal use only.

You may not:

- Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell the product in any form

All content remains the sole intellectual property of Highest Good Media. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and is subject to legal action.

3. Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
